The Claim Jumper Men’s Golf Tournament is set to kick off in style, and before the competition begins, we’re rolling out an incredible luncheon! When you arrive for check-in, prepare to dive into a lunch experience that starts at 12 PM sharp, setting the stage for a great day ahead.

Italian Coastal Spread at The Turn – Wood-Fired & Ice-Chilled

Kick off the Claim Jumper culinary experience with a vibrant mix of rustic and refined flavors. From our wood-fired pizza ovens, enjoy handcrafted pies including Meat Lover, Margherita, and Pesto Lobster, alongside hot Pepperoni Stromboli and Cheese Calzones. On the lighter side, an Assorted Crudo Bar featuring Bluefin Tuna, Scallop, Octopus, and Salmon offers a refreshing contrast.

Complementary selections include Caprese Salad, Bruschetta, Breadsticks, Gazpacho, Orzo Salad, and a zesty Chicken Piccata. Cap it all off with an indulgent Tiramisu Action Station—assembled to order, the sweet finish to a world-class opening spread.

 

Wednesday Dinner

Smoke, Sizzle, and Southern Comfort

Wednesday evening brings the unmistakable aroma of hickory and heat, as our open-air BBQ experience takes center stage. From the whole smoked pig—complete with CJ logo golf ball in mouth—to the carving stations of porchetta, beef ribs, jalapeño cheddar sausage, and turkey breast, this is a celebration of bold, smoky flavor.

Customize your own mac & cheese masterpiece with toppings like lobster, shredded pork, chopped chicken, bacon, jalapeños, broccoli, and more. Sides include cast iron baked beans, sweet potatoes, collard greens, and warm jalapeño cornbread muffins with honey butter.

Over at the vegetable station, enjoy wedge salads, grilled corn on the cob, and bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers. To top it off, head to the milkshake bar for a nostalgic, made-to-order dessert to cool things down after a red-hot night.
