The Claim Jumper Men’s Golf Tournament is set to kick off in style, and before the competition begins, we’re rolling out an incredible luncheon! When you arrive for check-in, prepare to dive into a lunch experience that starts at 12 PM sharp, setting the stage for a great day ahead.

The kick off lunch will feature alive-action street taco station, where chefs will be crafting tacos right before your eyes, bringing the vibrant flavors of Mexico straight to your plate. Fresh tortillas, sizzling meats, and an array of toppings will make for a taco experience like no other.

But the real highlight is our high-end build-your-own burrito and burrito bowl station, featuring a selection of premium meats and fresh ingredients that let you create your perfect meal. Choose from:

  • Beef Adobado: Rich, smoky, and packed with bold flavors.

  • Halibut: Light and flakey, perfectly seasoned for a refreshing bite.

  • Chicken Al Pastor: Juicy, marinated to perfection, with a zesty twist.

  • Skirt Steak: Tender and savory, grilled to your liking.

  • Tequila Lime Shrimp: A zesty and citrusy option that’s sure to impress.

The lunch doesn’t stop there. Our Elote Station will feature grilled corn topped with creamy sauces, cheeses, and spices, while the buffet will include Black Bean TostadasShrimp Ceviche, and more, ensuring a little something for everyone.

It’s more than just lunch—it’s the perfect start to the week filled with golf, camaraderie, and competition. We can’t wait to see you there as we kick off the Claim Jumper with great food and even better company!

 

Wednesday Dinner

Stag Night, set for Wednesday evening, promises to be a culinary adventure that perfectly captures the spirit of the tournament—bold, flavorful, and unforgettable.

we’ll kick off the evening with an irresistible spread that’s all about comfort and tradition with some crowd-pleasers like Jalapeño Cornbread, packed with just the right amount of kick, and Mini Watermelon Wedge Salads, offering a refreshing, crisp contrast to the rich dishes ahead. Don’t miss the Fried Green Tomatoes, crispy on the outside and tender inside, paired perfectly with our zesty sauces.

Moving deeper into the lineup, the savory classics await. Baked Beans will simmer with a smoky sweetness, and Jojo’s will bring their signature crispy crunch, setting the stage for the main event:

  • A Whole Roasted Pig, the star of the night, carved to perfection and served hot.

  • BBQ Pulled Pork: Tender, juicy, and smothered in our house BBQ sauce.

  • Smoked Pork Ribs: Fall-off-the-bone goodness, smoked low and slow.

  • Woodfired Porchetta: Herb-crusted, succulent, and bursting with flavor.

  • Beef Ribs: Meaty, hearty, and packed with smoky richness.

  • Smoked Turkey Drumsticks: Giant, juicy, and packed with flavor—a feast in your hand.

For those craving comfort food with a twist, our live-action Mac & Cheese station will offer over ten toppings, allowing you to customize this classic dish to your heart’s content. Pile on crispy bacon, spicy jalapeños, a variety of cheeses, or any of our other mouthwatering options.

To cap off the night, we’ll finish with a Boozy Milkshake Bar—a decadent, adult twist on a childhood favorite. Choose from rich, creamy flavors, spiked just enough to end the evening on a sweet, indulgent note.
