As the Claim Jumper Men’s Golf Tournament rolls into Thursday, we’re setting you up for success with a breakfast that’s guaranteed to fuel your game.

The centerpiece of the breakfast spread will be our Live-Action Omelet Station, where chefs will whip up custom omelets with your choice of fresh ingredients. From classic ham and cheese to veggie-packed creations, you can start your day exactly how you like it.

If you’re on the go or just want something a little different, grab one of our Breakfast Burritos or Breakfast Sandwiches, packed with fluffy eggs, cheese, and your choice of bacon or sausage. For those craving something simpler, we’ve got classic breakfast staples like Scrambled EggsApplewood Smoked BaconSavory Sausage, and perfectly seasoned Breakfast Potatoes that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

And don’t miss our Live-Action Griddle Sandwich Station, where chefs will be crafting hot breakfast sandwiches to order. Thursday morning at Claim Jumper is all about setting the tone for a great day of golf!

 

Thursday Lunch

Pan-Asian Culinary Experience

Friday’s lunch takes you on a flavorful journey through the Far East with a dynamic mix of Thai-inspired favorites and broader Asian influences. At the action stations, enjoy made-to-order dishes like Stir-Fried Egg Noodles with Firecracker Chicken, Pad Thai with Shrimp, and Chow Fun with Mongolian-Style Beef, alongside comforting Hot and Sour Soup to start.

The buffet features a colorful array of vibrant selections including Vegetable Green Curry, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Flat Iron Sesame Beef, and Mopo Tofu, plus crisp, wok-seared Stir-Fry Bok Choy and Chilled Thai Beef Salad for a refreshing contrast.

For dessert, enjoy the nostalgic sweetness of Taiyaki Red Bean Paste—a classic Japanese street snack with a warm, crispy shell and soft filling.

 

Thursday Dinner

“Concert Night at The Jumper” - Presented by Cal Lighting and Edges Electric Group

As the sun sets over Serrano and live music fills the air, Thursday night brings a vibrant open-air Luau Dinner to The Acre—our scenic practice green—just steps from the concert stage and Casino Night on the Patio. With spouses and significant others joining the festivities, the evening blends tropical flavors, stunning views, and unforgettable energy.

A collection of interactive action stations serve island-inspired favorites like Whole Roasted Hog, Huli Huli Chicken, Pulled Pork Sliders with Slaw, and Korean Style Short Ribs. Lighter fare includes Poke Cups, Salmon Lomi Lomi, Hawaiian Mac Salad, and Crab Rangoons, while bold island staples like Spam Musubi, Garlic Shrimp Skewers, Lau Lau, and Pineapple Fried Rice Cups round out the feast.
