The centerpiece of the breakfast spread will be our Live-Action Omelet Station, where chefs will whip up custom omelets with your choice of fresh ingredients. From classic ham and cheese to veggie-packed creations, you can start your day exactly how you like it.

If you’re on the go or just want something a little different, grab one of our Breakfast Burritos or Breakfast Sandwiches, packed with fluffy eggs, cheese, and your choice of bacon or sausage. For those craving something simpler, we’ve got classic breakfast staples like Scrambled EggsApplewood Smoked BaconSavory Sausage, and perfectly seasoned Breakfast Potatoes that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

And don’t miss our Live-Action Griddle Sandwich Station, where chefs will be crafting hot breakfast sandwiches to order. Thursday morning at Claim Jumper is all about setting the tone for a great day of golf!

 

Thursday Lunch

We’re keeping the energy high with a Thursday lunch that’s all about the sandwich—a lineup of mouthwatering options that’s perfect for refueling between rounds.

Step into Sandwich Day, where a variety of savory bites await. Start with some crunchy House-Made Potato Chips, perfectly seasoned and addictively crispy, alongside a fresh Kale Caesar Salad and a refreshing Lobster Salad that adds a touch of luxury to your plate. Sides like crispy French Fries, golden Tater Tots, classic Potato Salad, and creamy Macaroni Salad round out the spread, offering the perfect complements to the star attractions.

Our live-action sandwich stations will be sizzling with hot, fresh options, including:

  • Tuscan Chicken Panini: Grilled to perfection with seasoned chicken, roasted peppers, and melted cheese on crispy bread.

  • Portobello Mushroom Panini: A vegetarian delight with marinated mushrooms, spinach, and gooey cheese, all pressed to perfection.
