The Claim Jumper Men’s Golf Tournament is set to kick off in style, and before the competition begins, we’re rolling out an incredible luncheon! When you arrive for check-in, prepare to dive into a lunch experience that starts at 12 PM sharp, setting the stage for a great day ahead.
Italian Coastal Spread at The Turn – Wood-Fired & Ice-Chilled
Kick off the Claim Jumper culinary experience with a vibrant mix of rustic and refined flavors. From our wood-fired pizza ovens, enjoy handcrafted pies including Meat Lover, Margherita, and Pesto Lobster, alongside hot Pepperoni Stromboli and Cheese Calzones. On the lighter side, an Assorted Crudo Bar featuring Bluefin Tuna, Scallop, Octopus, and Salmon offers a refreshing contrast.
Complementary selections include Caprese Salad, Bruschetta, Breadsticks, Gazpacho, Orzo Salad, and a zesty Chicken Piccata. Cap it all off with an indulgent Tiramisu Action Station—assembled to order, the sweet finish to a world-class opening spread.
Wednesday Dinner

Wednesday evening brings the unmistakable aroma of hickory and heat, as our open-air BBQ experience takes center stage. From the whole smoked pig—complete with CJ logo golf ball in mouth—to the carving stations of porchetta, beef ribs, jalapeño cheddar sausage, and turkey breast, this is a celebration of bold, smoky flavor.
Customize your own mac & cheese masterpiece with toppings like lobster, shredded pork, chopped chicken, bacon, jalapeños, broccoli, and more. Sides include cast iron baked beans, sweet potatoes, collard greens, and warm jalapeño cornbread muffins with honey butter.
Over at the vegetable station, enjoy wedge salads, grilled corn on the cob, and bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers. To top it off, head to the milkshake bar for a nostalgic, made-to-order dessert to cool things down after a red-hot night.

The centerpiece of the breakfast spread will be our Live-Action Omelet Station, where chefs will whip up custom omelets with your choice of fresh ingredients. From classic ham and cheese to veggie-packed creations, you can start your day exactly how you like it.
If you’re on the go or just want something a little different, grab one of our Breakfast Burritos or Breakfast Sandwiches, packed with fluffy eggs, cheese, and your choice of bacon or sausage. For those craving something simpler, we’ve got classic breakfast staples like Scrambled Eggs, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Savory Sausage, and perfectly seasoned Breakfast Potatoes that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
And don’t miss our Live-Action Griddle Sandwich Station, where chefs will be crafting hot breakfast sandwiches to order. Thursday morning at Claim Jumper is all about setting the tone for a great day of golf!

As the sun sets over Serrano and live music fills the air, Thursday night brings a vibrant open-air Luau Dinner to The Acre—our scenic practice green—just steps from the concert stage and Casino Night on the Patio. With spouses and significant others joining the festivities, the evening blends tropical flavors, stunning views, and unforgettable energy.
A collection of interactive action stations serve island-inspired favorites like Whole Roasted Hog, Huli Huli Chicken, Pulled Pork Sliders with Slaw, and Korean Style Short Ribs. Lighter fare includes Poke Cups, Salmon Lomi Lomi, Hawaiian Mac Salad, and Crab Rangoons, while bold island staples like Spam Musubi, Garlic Shrimp Skewers, Lau Lau, and Pineapple Fried Rice Cups round out the feast.

The Live Raw Bar features an opulent spread of oysters, king crab, poached prawns, and lobster tail, while a curated lineup of action stations offers dishes like truffle gnocchi with shrimp scampi linguine, creamy risotto with toppings, live-shucked oysters, and a decadent caviar station.
The Carving Station brings the drama with tomahawk steaks, filets, grilled lobster tails, massive shrimp, and grilled sea bass, all available Oscar-style. Live action stations include sizzling gyoza and savory okonomiyaki on the blackstone, made-to-order poke cups with tuna, unagi, or chicken, and freshly grilled chicken yakitori skewers.
Stationed favorites offer a variety of textures and tastes—from comforting miso soup, chilled soba salad, and edamame, to rich and crispy pork katsu, ramen eggs, agedashi tofu, and delicate chawanmushi. For seafood lovers, there’s seared tuna and an assortment of tempura including shrimp, soft shell crab, and seasonal vegetables.

This year, the Taste of Serrano replaces traditional food trucks with something far more elevated—an open-air culinary showcase featuring gourmet offerings from some of the region’s finest restaurants. We're proud to welcome our distinguished partners: Eldo Chophouse, Mikuni Sushi, and two exceptional restaurants from our title sponsor, Sky River Casino—SR Prime Steakhouse and Dragon Beaux. Adding to the experience, Serrano’s own culinary team—Executive Chef Ray Silva and Sous Chefs Phillip Palombi and Jason Ramos—will host multiple chef-driven stations celebrating bold flavors, creative technique, and hometown pride.
