As we enter the third day of the Claim Jumper Men’s Golf Tournament, start your morning off right with a breakfast that’s sure to energize and delight. 

Here’s what’s on tap for Friday morning:

  • Live-Action Omelet Station: Watch as chefs whip up custom omelets to your exact specifications, with a variety of fresh ingredients to choose from.

  • Breakfast Sandwiches and Burritos: Grab a delicious sandwich or burrito filled with fluffy eggs, savory bacon, and sausage for a satisfying, on-the-go option.

  • Bacon: Crispy and perfectly cooked, the quintessential breakfast side.

  • Eggs: Prepared just the way you like them—scrambled, fried, or poached.

  • Sausage: Flavorful and juicy, a classic breakfast staple.

And don’t miss our Live-Action Monte Cristo Sandwich Station, where chefs will prepare this indulgent, sweet-and-savory sandwich right before your eyes. Imagine layers of ham, turkey, and cheese, dipped in egg batter and grilled to golden perfection, then dusted with powdered sugar and served with a side of berry jam for dipping.

This breakfast is all about providing a satisfying start to your day, with a mix of classic favorites and indulgent treats. 

 

Friday Lunch

Stacked, Smashed & Sauced to Perfection

Thursday brings a gourmet twist on the American classic—Burger Day at the Jumper. A live action station features everything from the classic House Burger and Grilled Chicken Club to bold options like a Tuna Filet with Teriyaki Pineapple Wasabi Slaw, Black Bean Burger, and the crave-worthy Smash Burger with grilled onions and mustard.

On the side, guests can load up on fries, sweet potato fries, tater tots, and house-made potato chips, along with a rotating spread of fresh summer salads: macaroni, chicken, heirloom & cucumber, stone fruit burrata, and a bright pear & apple spinach salad with blue cheese.

Top it all off with a stop at the milkshake and soft serve bar, or enjoy a sweet bite of our sweet potato dessert for the perfect lunch finishA Bold,

 

Friday Dinner

A Red-Carpet Evening Inside the Clubhouse

Friday night at the Claim Jumper marks one of the most anticipated experiences of the week—our Black-Tie Gala Dinner, an evening of elegance, indulgence, and celebration inside the clubhouse.

Guests will arrive in style with a red carpet entrance, setting the tone for a night of elevated cuisine and unforgettable hospitality. The Live Raw Bar features an opulent spread of oysters, king crab, poached prawns, and lobster tail, while a curated lineup of action stations offers dishes like truffle gnocchi with shrimp scampi linguine, creamy risotto with toppings, live-shucked oysters, and a decadent caviar station.

The Carving Station brings the drama with tomahawk steaks, filets, grilled lobster tails, massive shrimp, and grilled sea bass, all available Oscar-style. Live sides include Brussels sprouts with bacon and gourmet baked potatoes, while stationed appetizers like shrimp Louie cups, baby romaine little gem salad, charcuterie, and baked brie mac & cheese round out the savory selections. Keep an eye out for tray-passed favorites like bellini & potato bites and salmon cornets with roe.

End the night with a stop at the Milkshake Bar or toast marshmallows at the S’mores Action Station—the perfect sweet finish to a show-stopping night at the Jumper.

Tonight’s formal dinner isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience.
