  • Bacon: Crispy and perfectly cooked, the quintessential breakfast side.

  • Eggs: Prepared just the way you like them—scrambled, fried, or poached.

  • Sausage: Flavorful and juicy, a classic breakfast staple.

And don’t miss our Live-Action Monte Cristo Sandwich Station, where chefs will prepare this indulgent, sweet-and-savory sandwich right before your eyes. Imagine layers of ham, turkey, and cheese, dipped in egg batter and grilled to golden perfection, then dusted with powdered sugar and served with a side of berry jam for dipping.

Here’s what’s on the menu for Asian Cuisine Day:

  • Papaya Salad: A refreshing Thai salad featuring crisp, shredded papaya tossed with a tangy, spicy dressing and crunchy peanuts.

  • Shrimp Lettuce Cups: Light and flavorful, with succulent shrimp served in crisp lettuce cups and topped with a savory blend of vegetables and sauces.

  • Yellow Curry: Rich and aromatic, this Thai curry in a creamy, golden sauce with fragrant spices.

  • Udon Stir Fry: Thick, chewy udon noodles stir-fried with fresh vegetables and your choice of protein, all tossed in a savory sauce.

  • Crying Tiger Flat Iron Beef: Tender, grilled flat iron steak served with a spicy, tangy dipping sauce—a standout dish from Thai cuisine.

Tonight, we transform the evening into an opulent celebration, where elegance meets indulgence in a formal dining experience that promises to be unforgettable.

As you mingle and enjoy the evening, tray-passed Bone Marrow Crostini and Oysters Rockefeller set the tone with luxurious bites that immediately captivate your senses.

The centerpiece of the evening is a breathtaking Live Action Raw Bar, carved from ice and showcasing an assortment of the freshest seafood, chilled to perfection. This striking display not only dazzles the eye but also offers a tantalizing selection of raw delicacies for the discerning palate.

As you continue to explore the evening’s offerings, the Brussels Sprout Action Station comes alive with chefs preparing these crispy greens just the way you like them, while the Baked Potato Action Stationtempts with a range of toppings that allow you to customize each spud to your liking.

The Butternut Squash Agnolotti Action Station invites you to savor delicate pasta filled with creamy squash, prepared right in front of you, while the Risotto in a Parmesan Wheel is a spectacle of its own—a wheel of Parmesan cheese transformed into a creamy, rich risotto right before your eyes.

For the grand finale, the Carving Station takes center stage, featuring succulent Tomahawk Steaks and Grilled Chilean Seabass with a velvety lemon beurre blanc sauce, alongside Grilled Lobster Tails that add a touch of elegance to the evening.
